    3. Owners manage their teams
  2. Commissioner
    1. The Commissioner's duties include:
      1. Scheduling sims and other league events;
      2. Running the in-OOTP sims;
      3. Following owners' management instructions;
      4. Updating the league website;
      5. Running drafts;
      6. Approving and executing trades;
      7. Resolving all disputes and questions;
      8. Encouraging league participation;
      9. Filling ownership vacancies
    2. The Commissioner may change any rule
    3. The Commissioner has final say in all matters
  3. Owners
    1. Owners must be active, by:
      1. Submitting team exports;
      2. Communicating with the Commissioner;
      3. Posting in the league forum;
      4. Participating in the amateur draft;
      5. Responding to trade offers
    2. Owners must play fair and try to win
    3. Owners must follow all rules
  4. League settings
    1. Fictional players
    2. No financials
    3. No designated hitter
  5. Players
    1. A player may play any position in the minors, to train him
    2. Teams may acquire only one free agent per real-time day
  6. Trades
    1. The commissioner may veto a trade if it hurts team or league integrity
    2. Owners must post trades in the league Trades forum
    3. Draft picks may not be traded more than one season in advance
